hard time getting started and motivated...Im going to listen to Chalene's motivational CD today to help. I HAVE to get going..I just like the push and lean phase exercises SO much better its hard to get into the burn ones again. Knee pain from lunges ( the most dreaded exercise ever) isnt helping. Im at least going rollerblading to get some exercise in if I decide not to do a dvd.
136.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
