I applaud you for watching your pregnancy health. Stay focused and keep making the right choices. My Obgyn had to remind me that my baby could not survive from my fat stores. No matter how big I felt I was or how counter-intuitive it felt, I needed to eat those 3-5 small meals a day loaded with the right nutrient-dense food. I have healthy sons so I guess that's one something me and food got right. :o)

Firstly, congratulations. Don't worry if you do gain the recommended healthy weight when pregnant, I understand exactly how you feel as weight gain was one of my first thoughts when I found out I was preg this time. Was kind of thankful for horrid morning sickness as it kept me from gaining any weight first 3 months lol. But then started researching how healthy weight gain is essential to the development of ure baby. Just gonna make sure I don't sit around eating all the junk food and cake I did last time. You eat more when you don't get the nutrients needed out of your food as your body still craves nutrition. So I def agree it is important to make sure to eat healthily regularly. No matter how huge our bellies might start looking and all the jeans that can no longer be buttoned up anymore lol. As we r growing little miracles. X
