Nice slow decline.
Popped up to 50kg yesterday morning after a carb cycle day, but it did what it was supposed to do. Supported my menstrual cycle and dropped off a bit more weight today. 8 weeks + 2 days to stage.

We bought a new scale and it shows up today. So it will be interesting to see what the differences are in the weights.
109.1 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
