Ugggggg. I have to admit it…… too few calories is as bad as too many. Taken a look at my most successful time spans and it looks like I need at least 1300-1500 calories to keep my basal metabolic rate in place. Still working the system….just was hoping I could max out weight loss by going “starvation mode”.
