Thought I would be higher. Dad, Don, and I ate at Pondarosa in Troy after looking at homes with. Don and getting loan papers from bank.

180.6 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 48.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
