Starting over. I have to get my blood sugar down and not using pills and medication. I want to drop my blood sugar to 100 in 3 months and as a side benefit loose weight too. Starting weight today is 259 lbs. Goal is loose 24 lbs in the same 3 months by diet and exercise.
259.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
