Is anyone vegan or vegetarian? I'd never considered it until I watched "What the health" ,now I am going to attempt it... just wondering how dieting and being vergitarian works out.
136.4 lb Lost so far: 22.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
