Split work out into two routines; an am (upper body) and a pm (lower body and core) with 10 mins of cardio each. Pounding protein like crazy found some yogurt that is 25g of protein per serving, thicker than Greek and tangier than Icelandic; I quite like it. Keeping hydration up.
