1971 kcal Fat: 40.31g | Prot: 111.53g | Carb: 298.07g.   Breakfast: Oatmeal, Raisins, Cream (Half & Half), Coffee. Lunch: Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled), White Rice, Baked or Broiled Salmon. Dinner: Vinaigrette Dressing, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), French Bread, Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce, Whole Wheat Pasta. Snacks/Other: Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Caramel, Ambrosia, Sliced Ham (Extra Lean), Baby-Cut Carrots, Cafe Latte Little Pop, Apples, Clif Kid Organic Z Bar - Honey Graham, Apples, Hard Candy. more...
