1836 kcal Fat: 48.41g | Prot: 117.96g | Carb: 241.74g.   Breakfast: Fresh Frozen Wild Blueberries, Milk, Kashi Cereal, Coffee, Cream (Half & Half). Lunch: White Chip Macadamia Nut Cookie, Baked Potato Chips, 6" Black Forest Ham. Dinner: Cinnamon Twists, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw, Cooked Broccoli (Fat Not Added in Cooking), Cornbread (Home Recipe), Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other: Sweet Cherries, Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Caramel, Ambrosia, Jello Sugar Free Pudding - Caramel. more...
