Been busier this week and trying to change my eating habits a little. The biggest issue is that I get home late and probably eat to much with not enough time before I have to go to bed. SO... I have been eating my dinner portion for lunch and my lunch portion for dinner. I don't overeat normally but have a tendency to snack more when I have more desk work. Just started this new routine four days ago so we'll see how this works.
