We all do that. I try and go on the scale every morning. My weight changes everyday. I hover between 5 lbs, I go up and down every day. I don't think that I weigh any different, I think it is water, or the stress or if I took a shower just before bed, that kind of stuff. I try to stay in that 5 lbs, and when I go under I have lost the weight, and its another 5 lb fluctuation. This sounds crazy doesn't it.
