Today is the start of following a well-balanced diet again and losing the weight I've put back on. I'm ready to feel confident again in the clothes I put on, and to have a flatter stomach that I don't have to be self conscious of. When I feel like I want to give in to extreme temptation and binge on unhealthy food, I need to come back to this entry and remember the way I felt on my 30th birthday, when I weighed less than I had at any point in the past decade. I need to remember the feeling I have when people tell me I look great. Today is the start to a new me, and I'm ready to be the me on the outside that I have always wanted to be.
