I have lost 60 pounds since October 2010. I have lost 160 pounds since January 2004. I am very pleased with my progress, but need to exercise and drink more water more regularly. My new short-term goal is to weigh under 200 before the Samala Reunion. My longer-term goal is to weigh 150 by Tim and Cindy's wedding! I can do it!!
205.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 55.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
