Hi all, I am starting back again and looking for tips on motivation. I always start strong but after a month or two I start to lose motivation due to not seeing any results. I workout I eat right/ track my calories and see almost no results and then start to give up or I have something come up and don’t get to the gym for a few days and then I’m out of my routine and before I know it it’s been weeks since I’ve been. Any tips on consistency or motivation would be extremely helpful.
