Starting over again! I am almost back to my original weight of 212 lb. I have been through a massive surgery 3 yrs ago and am now struggling with my mobility more than ever. Covid pandemic is in the rear view mirror, having taken so much from us whether we had it or not. I am now facing a dreaded and long avoided knee replacement (actually 2 of them ... yuck!), and must lose as much weight as possible beforehand. I have to increase my fitness also in order to have the best outcome possible. Rick is starting Ozempic so hopefully that will indirectly help me with the food choices in our home. I also have that option, but would rather try to improve my eating behaviours instead. Ozempic is very challenging to live with.
