😥😥😓半夜突然失眠一直醒

失眠我有經驗,真的睡不著乾脆起來,起來晃一晃看個很難看的書,放個輕音樂,放鬆一點慢慢就眼睛酸想睡了,再去躺床上,深呼吸吐氣專心在呼吸跟吐氣上,跟自己說睡不著休息眼睛閉著也好,慢慢放輕鬆讓全身感覺輕飄飄,慢慢可以睡著
