11th day in and so far I’m down 7 pounds. It hasn’t been that difficult for me to track my calorie intake and my Apple Watch and health app have helped substantially with my exercise (calorie burning) tracking as well. Additionally, I’m comparing my weight loss to my basal metabolic rate and it’s tracking well to. According to my Excel sheet that I created I’m pretty much exactly where I should be at this point in time I’m not sure how long this is going to continue but mathematically, if 3500 cal deficit does equate to a pound of weight loss, then it should continue on until I get at least to a much more healthy weight. So far I’m very happy with the results and I’m looking forward to how things look at the end of July 2023.
