Not moving despite not overindulging. Not drinking alcohol. Drinking plenty of water. I am changing tactics now. I am changing my food and am going to try and start running if I can. I have a knee injury which restricts my running but I have built up my legs over the last year so it might just cope with a slight jog.

Still in the 90s and that is getting me down more than anything I think.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
