I really hated to put this weight down. I hate to gain, but that scale does not lie. I accept it, do I like it. No, no, and no. But that being said, back to the drawing board. Must weigh more food and stop the guessing. I think sometimes I get too much and sometimes not enough. My carbs seem high, but I rarely eat bread. A New Week starting now.
239.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 59.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
