I had gained back most everything I had lost and then some..i started running in December, then restarted low carb diet three weeks ago. Dieting without exercise wasn't working, and exercise without dieting wasn't working. I have found a good groove and have hit a new low and I am back on track to reaching my goal. Thanks to all if you...we are all together in this and you inspire me.
