I really want to lose 100 lbs by Christmas. I know I can do this. I have to get serious about this and stop the snacking and bad habits that I feel back into.

You can do it! Just remember six small meals per day. Keeping a journal of what you are eating helps. I've started getting into the habit of NOT eating food if I can find nutritional facts on that food (ex: calories, protein, fat, carbs, etc).
