I made it to the gym today, after 2 months off. Didn't realize how much I missed it. Going to the gym and eating healthy, that's a bulletproof combination. Can't wait for the summer. I'm looking forward to the Spartan Races. One of my goals for this year is to get the Trifecta Medal(Spartan Sprint, Spartan Super and Spartan Beast) AROO!!!'
