So in a little fear of going to my mom's doctor; she has lost 70lbs with this docyor! I decided to stop drinking soda and have not added sugar to my coffee. I've done pretty well so far. I've had one soda since my decloration a few weeks ago. Last week was the firat time I added sugar in my coffee but I was desperate I had run out of creamer and I was iced in!
213.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 63.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.2 lb a week
