Note to self: My peak in between weigh ins was 232. I'm back down to 226 eating a diet of meat, eggs, veggies & cheese, with an occasional proteins bar. Hardly any snacking, sugar or flour. I am considering removing the cheese to see if it is an inflammatory trigger.
226.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 47.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
