This was a bad week for me :( I gained a pound.

It's becasue of poor eating choices for sure. I work at an IHOP, and there were a lot more mistakes made in orders, which means there was more freebies for me to eat. I'm a sucker for freebies. Especially waffles and cinnamon pancakes. (Looking at the nutritional info in hindsight, the dishes were usually around 700-1000 calories in one sitting!) Also, I had a sleepover, which meant pizza and really fatty snacks.

Exercise-wise I only had 4 of 5 days of cardio. Not bad, but it wasn't enough to counter all of the high calorie stuff I was taking in. I guess I should be relieved I only gained a pound.

This week, I'm on vacation at the beach, and my parents love eating out. So the challenge this week is making smart choices at restaurants and getting exercise when I can. There are a lot of oppurtunities to do activities here, so I'm excited and looking forward to this next week.

My goal is to maintain or (gasp) lose weight this vacation week. I'm not setting a goal for fitness. Wish me luck :)
