Still strength training on a more consistent basis and BF% is holding pretty steady at 19% +/- a few. Hardest thing to control is my mindless snacking. I've had a lot more desk time in the last few weeks and I will unconsciously snack at my desk. It's not all bad stuff, just more than I should be eating. I'm just surprised that my BF % is holding steady. I know that my increase is not all due to "new muscle growth"(LOL). This is the most I have ever weighed in my life. Not uncomfortable, but getting uncomfortable with the number.
