I was really happy when I weighed in today on the digital scale at the gym. I hope that I can accomplish my challenge. It was the first time I saw weight drop in over a month.
150.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 16.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
