Good day with food yesterday. Just played some tennis. Had a few too many nuts at about 615PM but no eating past that. Big exercise day planned for today….Tennis…Stairmaster and Tread mill….
192.9 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 6.3 lb a week
