Fasting blood sugars between 5.1-5.9. Can’t wait to see what my AIC will be.

Goal - to get off Metformin.
Eating well, sleeping fairly well, loving my walks and increased energy, well being.
165.8 lb Lost so far: 42.1 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
