Weather was so unpredictable yesterday, so went for a walk around shopping mall to check out the EOFY sales. Couldn't hardly walk, luckily didn't tackle walk to the ocean. Feeling bit better today and more sun, may try walk today and mostly arm weights, need to continue physio.
164.7 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 36.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I hope you can walk again soon 🤞 I've been really busy with work this week and not able to get out to walk... The two things I have noticed most are firstly, that I am hungrier!!! Secondly, I am less productive at work, probably because I'm thinking about food and doing little deals in my diary to include a biscuit or something 😀. Walking is one of the 'tools' I use to help curb snacking and refresh my brain between meals and 3 consecutive days without has reminded me just how important it is ...
