Big Big exercise day yesterday with 90 minutes of Tennis and 90 minutes of hard squash…Tough day and burned a lot of calories. Ate well during day and knew I was having a night out with out of town guests. Ate at Le Dolce Vita a very good italian restaurant…… Ate well. Made up on Calorie debt.
Today back to normal.
192.7 lb Lost so far: 0.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 4.9 lb a week
