Big Big exercise day yesterday with 90 minutes of Tennis and 90 minutes of hard squash…Tough day and burned a lot of calories. Ate well during day and knew I was having a night out with out of town guests. Ate at Le Dolce Vita a very good italian restaurant…… Ate well. Made up on Calorie debt. Today back to normal.
