I believe that I might have it moving again.
216.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

2121 kcal Fat: 143.21g | Prot: 170.15g | Carb: 33.77g.   Breakfast: vanilla whey protein muscle milk. Lunch: chicken breast, best foods mayo, tomato, lettuce, spinach, bacon ranch dressing, kirkland mixed cheese, spanish olive, banana pepper. Dinner: caesar dressing, parmesan cheese, chicken breast, lettuce. Snacks/Other: egg, bacon blue cheese dressing, broccoli. more...
losing 2.3 lb a week
