Not feeling great yesterday and spent the day in bed and didn’t really eat. Lost too much weight over night.
Light workout today and it going to be all about Re fuelling and re-hydration to get the weight back up and make tomorrows workout count.
108.7 lb Lost so far: 1.5 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
