NO WEIGHT LOSS!!!!! Not feeling well. Runny nose and sore throat. Took emrergenc-c.
Having Progresso light chicken vegetable rotini for lunch.
NO DESSERTS OR SWEETS!!!


Blood sugar level is 98 AT 5:03 P.M.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
