Started The Fast Metabolism Diet Monday to coincide with Lent. Very curious to see what happens after the full 28 days. It takes some planning and preparation, but it all makes sense to me. I'll report every week and let you know if it works. A friend at work is almost done with the 28 days and has lost 12 lbs. Have a great day!
146.8 lb Lost so far: 5.2 lb.    Still to go: 14.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.8 lb a week
