wow...was hunger last night before my toastmasters meeting stopped at Green Burrito, thought I would get a healthy average burrito..860 Calories! I ate 3/4 and was not going to eat the rest....I ate the rest after the meeting and had a Herbal life smoothie at the meeting. Seriously, I need too get a handle on the food I am consuming. Today is a new day, I will be mindful of what I am feeding my body and the positive way I feel after I eat. I want to be healthy and be able to wear anything in mu closet and have it feel loose and comfortable. TODAY is the DAY to become more aware.
203.0 lb Lost so far: 0.6 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
