I haven't been feeling hungry the last few days, and no, it's not a up in veggie intake, just not hungry. I need to get back on trake with my daily fruits and vegetables and not go for so many fruit/vegetable drinks. Eating lean meats seems to have helped. Top round and lean ground beef are becoming the steple to my meals, which is good, I should eat that more often. Lots of protien and little fat. Kee going, keep going.
