Oh my god... I'm afraid of going on the scale now :( I've eaten a lot of garlic cauliflower with cheese (where was olive oil on it too) and almost 300 calories of chocolate
I think I'm gonna wake up quite depressed ... and what I hate the most when I think about it is that
#1 I should have eaten a *bit* of it (since I was having cravings again)
#2 I ate it on a impulsion again. I hate how strong those cravings are and how they tend to control our mind (but I do acknowledge that I should rethink of how I see my diet since it's showing weaknesses at the root (lack of self-control)).

So, I have to right to be frustrated at myself, I have the right to find it difficult, I have the right to imagine how it'll feel when I'll be closer to the size I want (with little flowers and the beach on the background). Basically, I have the right to do pretty much everything but I'm not gonna regret since it's just show me that I should be powering myself up even more :) (but yeah, it'll still suck tomorrow morning )
176.0 lb Lost so far: 69.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You havent recorded any food so I would say thats the first step because then you can keep better track of what you are eating and what your patterns are. Second of all, one meal doesn't mean you have failed! It means suck it up and do better tomorrow! If you caught my post earlier about everyone's cheat foods...68 people wrote down their cheat foods and damn straight half of them are in maintenance now. Once in a while wont hurt. Put that picture in your head (flowers and all) and go for it, you deserve it! OK pep talk over lol. How do you make garlic cauliflower?

You sound like me yesterday! :) It helped me to complain, and It also helped me to have support from others. Yes, I believe that blowing our diet, hurts, but knowing that we can start new tomorrow, is a good place to wrap our heads around. At least that is how I was able to wake up-Not depressed!:) Serenity Prayer Reinhold Niebuhr (1892-1971) God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can; and wisdom to know the difference. Living one day at a time; enjoying one moment at a time; accepting hardships as the pathway to peace; taking, as He did, this sinful world as it is, not as I would have it; trusting that He will make all things right if I surrender to His Will; that I may be reasonably happy in this life and supremely happy with Him forever in the next. Amen.

Thank you for all your support and great comments :) I cut small garlic and cilantro into small pieces and I put it on the cauliflower (whole one). Then I add around 1/6 cup of olive oil on it and put in in the bake (425 F). Then after 8-10 minutes, I put it out, and then put cheese (mozzarella) on it and put it back for another 5-7 minutes. It's amazingly tasty but also really greasy in it's on way :S
