Gained a pound!!!! Not happy! Still have over 600 calories left for dinner. Watch carbs!!!!



Blood sugar level is 168 at 9:20 p.m.
242.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 82.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
