Waking up early and getting my day started is still my biggest challenge. I uploaded a picture of me at my thinnest as my default. That way when I log in I have a visual reminder of what I use to look like.
155.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
