Oh well. It's early days and I'm still trying to figure out how to have a balanced diet, but today is a new day. I'm going to try my hand at some low-intensity exercises today. Pretty sure my body will hate me tomorrow, but that's okay. Nothing worthwhile comes without an investment of some sort.
155.6 lb Lost so far: 1.4 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
