Still under 150. But it wont last for long. Valentines Day today. Have purchased a small amount of chocolate. Going to have potatoes for dinner and a glass of wine or two at the ballet. I will probably regret it but if I can do it once I cam do it again. God I hope so!
149.8 lb Lost so far: 30.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
