210.2 lbs official weight for the week. Got a busy morning and afternoon, then out to a fairly early dinner at 5pm to a nice restaurant with my wife and maybe my mom if she wants to come. I'll either fast until then or eat very little, saving the calories for dinner. Happy Valentines Day to all.
210.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 20.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

That looks great, Jmb. You're losing about a pound a week. That's perfect. Gets you into the lifestyle. As to the Happy V-day wish, you're not my type.

Thanks friends. A pound or so a week is good. I think I still might be able to get a couple pounds a week down and be eating comfortably as long as I refrain from the Dick Cheney scenario. :)
