Haven't lost much. A little disappointed!!!! Try harder with the carbs cut back!!!!!

Blood sugar level is 142 at 10:40 p.m.
240.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 80.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
