Hi, I'm a 53yo mom of three teens, full time surgical nurse. In my thirties I weighed in the 130s, in my 40s ...140s, at 53 I increased almost weekly, so when I hit 159 I introduced myself to Optavia and changed my eating habits. I joined this app after about 2 months of dieting. Now I'm mixing what I learned about CICO with the nutrition shakes and frequent meals. It works really well for me, totally love this app!!!
