I seem to be hovering at my current weight. No surprise really, I have stopped exercising and have not been recording my food like I was.I guess hovering is better than gaining, but it will only be a matter of time. Exercise needs to be a back in the schedule!
175.4 lb Lost so far: 24.8 lb.    Still to go: 13.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
