207.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 37.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Cheerios for breakfast, non fat yogurt for snacks, my home made chicken sandwich and salad for lunch and dinner (bread 35 calories a slice) or a lunch meat turkey sandwich, which ever I have at the time. Most days I have an apple with about 3 teaspoons of peanut butter once a day
