is it ok to eat 350 carb with 100g protein for weight gain

@Bushraattaria 100g of protein is good, but 350g of carbs is an outrageous amount. Though everything comes down to your metabolic level, but still if you follow such high carb diet, the weight you gain will mostly be fat. Try consuming a bit more protein (~130grams) and fats (70-80 grams) rather than carb. Good luck!!
