Sometimes I am not sure why I join challenges because LIFE always gets in the way. I've had symptoms, gone to Dr.'s and had procedures all since joining challenges. My latest exercise challenge can't be worked on because it might start me bleeding. No exercise allowed for 10 days.
The fact is I try my best ALL the time.
The fact is I get off track easily.
The fact is that FAT SECRET helps me stay on track by keeping my goal in the front of my mind and doesn't let me FORGET to do the best behaviors.
My weight is up a little today and I know why....but I don't like it, the scale is not the best measure for me.
I hope you all are doing well and sorry if my post today was a downer.
177.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Pat, I understand you are disappointed besides your best efforts. Sometimes life just throws stones our ways. Your health is key and you seem so motivated to do this, allow yourself to rest a few days and get well again. Then you can push on and continue on the right track :) Wishing you a quick recovery and sending a hug

I get sidetracked with challenges as well. I keep joining them though in case I do join that one at which I succeed.

The same thing happens to me. I have great intentions when I join challenges, but there are days when I am busy until bedtime

Hang in there! I'm getting back to it online myself. It's such a great motivator and I'm excited :-) Life happens, been out of town and traveling. Just lost 1 pound over the past 3 weeks. So it's tough not to slip back to comfort food.

Just take care of yourself. Know that we are all hear for you! Just make your most healthy meals. And do a little extra step or two while you are preparing said meal. There you exercised. Day 1 down. LOL
